Need to know

The questions people ask before they order, answered in a line or two, with a link to the full wording.

01Can I order from my country?

If you live in Poland, Czechia, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia or Spain, yes — on the offer page for your country, in your language. Each item's page lists the countries where it can be ordered. Shipping and delivery has the detail.

02What does delivery cost?

Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, to each of the ten countries, with no minimum spend. The price on the offer page is the whole of what you pay.

03How long will it take to arrive?

After the confirmation call, 1–2 working days until the parcel is handed over, then 3–7 working days on the road. Those are the times the routes normally run, not promises; track your order explains what to do when one slips.

04How do I pay?

In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. It is the only method, so nothing is due until the box is at your door. In Poland, Czechia and Hungary the courier collects the local currency. See payment.

05Will you ask me for card details?

No. Not on the order form, not on the call, not afterwards. If anyone claiming to be us asks you for a card number or a transfer before delivery, it is not us: tell us at team@venistra.com.

06Why do you phone me before sending it?

Because a parcel paid for at delivery is worth getting right first time. On the call the product, the address and the exact sum are read back to you. If we cannot reach you at all, the order is not packed — so a wrong digit in the phone number is the commonest reason an order stalls.

07How do I follow the parcel?

There are no accounts here. Our call centre gives you the tracking details, on the confirmation call or whenever you ask; or ask us at team@venistra.com.

08What if I change my mind after it arrives?

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, no reason needed. The procedure and the model form are on right of withdrawal; the return postage and the refund are on guarantee and returns.

09What if something stops working?

Every item carries the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity (3 years in Spain), and we handle the claim ourselves. Send team@venistra.com the order number, a description of the fault and a couple of photos.

10Do I need to register?

No. There is no account to open and no password to remember. You send the form on the offer page, we call, the parcel comes.

11Why can't I order on these English pages?

Because each order is taken on the page for your country, in your language, at your local price, with the local phone prefix. These English pages describe the items and the rules; the item's page links to the offer for each country.

12Who am I buying from?

From one company, Venistra Trading Ltd. It built this website and runs it, runs the advertising on Facebook and Instagram, owns the stock, takes the order, ships it, collects payment on delivery, handles returns and refunds and answers for the guarantee.

The desk is open every day, 08:00–20:00 Central European Time at team@venistra.com, and an answer comes within 2 working days. Anything about your personal data goes to privacy@venistra.com, answered within 30 days.
