Payment

One way to pay, described in full: cash to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands and not before.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

01Cash on delivery, and only that

You pay the courier, in cash, when the parcel is handed to you. That is the single payment method of this shop — not one option among several, the only one.

Nothing is taken in advance: no deposit, no part-payment, no invoice to settle before dispatch. If the parcel never arrives, you have paid nothing.

02What this site never asks you for

The habit of typing a card number into a shop is a strong one, so it is worth being plain:

  • No card number, expiry date or security code is requested, on any page of this site.
  • No bank account is requested to place an order.
  • No payment page is hosted here and none is linked from here.
  • Nothing of that kind is stored, because nothing of that kind is collected.

So if a page, a message or a caller claiming to be us ever asks you for a card number or a bank transfer before delivery, it is not us. Do not give it, and tell us at team@venistra.com.

The order form asks for three things: your name, your phone number and your delivery address.

03Knowing the exact sum before the courier comes

The sum is the price of the goods, and only that: delivery is free, whatever you order and wherever it goes. It is shown on the offer page before you send the form, and read back to you on the confirmation call.

Couriers carry little change and are not obliged to break a large note. Having the exact sum ready makes the delivery a quick one.

04Your own currency at the door

In Poland the courier collects złoty, in Czechia koruna, in Hungary forint — the local-currency amount written on the offer page for that country, the same one read back on the call. In the other seven countries the price is in euro.

The English pages of the shop show euro. The page for your country shows your own currency directly, so you never convert anything on the doorstep.

05At the door

Look at the parcel before you pay: the box, the tape, whether it looks handled roughly. You can refuse a parcel that is obviously damaged, and a refused parcel costs you nothing.

Some operators issue a slip for the cash they collect; where they do, keep it — it is your proof of payment.

If anything is wrong once the box is open, the routes are guarantee and returns and the right of withdrawal.

06Getting money back when you paid in cash

There is no card to credit and no transaction to reverse, so a refund is arranged by email: you give us a bank account in your own name, and the money goes there by bank transfer.

We do not send refunds to third parties, and we never ask for bank details for any purpose other than paying you back.
